Guest guest
How often should one drink kefir? What amounts are good per day? Is it good to drink with meals or in between? Also, I just found out today that the Amish man who gives me my raw goat milk raises his goats in a barn, not on pasture! I was disappointed to hear this. He feeds them hay and grain. Is this really bad, or should we keep drinking it anyway for now? My oldest son loves it and seems to be doing well with it overall. My youngest isn't crazy for it, but he is still getting my milk, so the goat doesn't thrill him. He is 18 months. We always reacted very badly to the pasteurized cow's milk. But have never tried raw cow. All the grass-fed milk I am seeing to buy is so expensive! I give the Amish man a 2$ donation for over a gallon right now. Gotta get a goat sometime this spring when we move!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Tina
