Oats are ok except that they usually have traces of wheat in them. Everything else is not " glutenous " ... amaranth, rice, corn, quinoa etc. However, the term " glutenous " is a total misnomer: " gluten " means the protein in a grain, any grain. By convention, it's being used only for the WBR grains when talking about gluten intolerance. So when you see " corn gluten " on a label, it's ok.
