Yes, have you checked your blood sugar? Hypo and hyper can be the same coin,

and diabetes is being diagnosed earlier and earlier. Us big girls have higher

risk, statistically, although that could be because a lot of obestiy coincides

with a really awful diet.

Test kits are not that expensive. The occasional test, plus a series if you

aren't feeling well or get a high reading, can help you detect a problem and

make changes before it escalates.

In the meantime, low-glycemic whole foods, sourdough/sprouted grains, some good

fatty protein...
