" I would really be interested in any tests that have been done on athleticism and low carbing. You can take all the theory in the world, but (imo) we know little enough at this point, that you'd really have to see how some elite athletes actually did eating this way before you could really reach some legitimate conclusions. Personally, I just don't notice much of a difference. My diet has evolved a great deal, but I have never been able to form any kind of a reasonable correlation between my diet and athletic performance. Then again, I've never been particularly scientific about it. Just careful enough to note that there haven't been any dramatic changes.
