Much cleaner That sounds a lot easier to take after the fact, if you make up all the capsules at once, but isn't that a pain in the ass? Chris -- Want the other side of the cholesterol story? Not too much of a pain, though using a dropper would be easier. I don't bother with any evoo - is there a purpose to that? (if it's been mentioned, than you know that I'm behind on emails). :-) Steph

Taking it in a capsule, there's really no point except to fill up the rest of the capsule. In the shot glass, it's because the undiluted OO is very irritating, and, unlike water, EVOO dilutes it. It's probably wise to take it with some sort of oil, though, becuase fat-soluble things are always absorbed better when accompanies by fats. Chris -- Want the other side of the cholesterol story? But the procedure requires no time at all. -Colby

I'm not sure how well they'd work with a liquid, though. I've used both the Cap 'Em Quick and the Capsule Machine, and both operate on the principle of dumping some powder onto the bed containing the bottom halves of the capsules and kind of sweeping it around until the bottom halves are full. I guess you could use a dropper to put some liquid into the bottoms, though, but as soon as you spilled or splashed or dripped, I'm guessing that you'd have to clean and dry the apparatus. -
