I think I mentioned that for my regular big meals I'm right now using Thorne B.P.P. and sometimes their BioGest -- can't tell much difference and both include pepsin as well as pancreatin.. I'm still in the trial stages too. Always -- I take pancreatin with every meal, and I can't really afford to experiment with stopping it right now, unfortunately. Worse, while my digestion has definitely improved somewhat since switching to Self Health's HCl, I'm afraid it's giving me substantial heartburn after all, meaning it's kicking my asthma way up.
