Guest guest
I boiled Eden's Amare for 1/2 hour, strained over ice, and drank. It would be good with lemon but I don't have any. But then I saw on the package that you are supposed to simmer for 15 minutes, drain, and rinse before you cook it again to eat. Is there something I don't want to be consuming in the seaweed tea? Mike ? You out there? Chris

I think the reason that some people rinse their seaweed before using is to eliminate a lot of excess salt. ~Robin

Guest guest
Hi Phil, Mike invented it and he hasn't seemed to be around for a while, but what I do when I make it is use half a bag or a whole bag with a pot of boiling water.
