Hi ,

Welcome aboard!

Actually I think it would be great if you detailed what you have tried and

your experiences, that way we can all learn from there and the collective

wisdom of this board can help you.

We are not like some groups where the moderator-in-chief chimes in and says,

" already discussed, check the archives " even though our archive system -

www.onibasu.com <http://www.onibasu.com> - is MUCH easier to access then

some of those other groups where searching the archives is a royal pain in

the butt.

So post away.

Ah, yes, the joy of flares. I strongly recommend that you buy a copy of

_Breaking the Vicious Cycle_ by Elaine Gottschall. It's all about curing

bowel disease through diet. Its focus isn't on nutrition, though, so

combining NT with BTVC will give you the best possible result -- IOW eat

SCD-legal foods (foods which are " legal " on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet

laid out in BTVC) with an emphasis on nutrient-dense foods recommended by

the Weston A. Price Foundation.

Please, go right ahead! We can't help you if we don't know what's going on

with you.
