I used to do one that I found very helpful-- you lie on your back, and

bring your knees to your abdomen, breathe a few times, then turn to

the side at your waist, keeping your legs together and crunched up,

but simply turning to the side and resting on the floor. After one

minute turn head from straight up towards the side you turned your

legs too. After one minute, turn head opposite direction. Then bring

knees back to abdomen and take a few breaths with head straight up.

Repeat on other side. No idea what it's called.

Chris:

And what do you do with your arms? Do you keep them crossed round your

knees/legs?

Thanks.

JC

PS. By the way, did you get my private response to your message

mentioning Neruda etc?

You put them out, palms up, at 45 degrees. The exception is when you

bring your knees into your stomach, then you put them over your

knees/calves.

I got your response... I saved it and then forgot about it... I'll respond soon.
