I get back to you when I get back. Would you at least be willing to cut out dairy along with grains during this next week and let me know how you're feeling by the time I get back? (i reach high). anyway. let's see what happens with the iodine. i don't think cutting out 80% of what i eat is the answer right now...it's not so much not cutting out dairy (i don't eat much grain anyway) as it is...what else will i eat? does that mean i have to go back to grocery shopping and cooking? i absolutely hate to cook and avoid it whenever possible. have a great week away, and thanks... (don't worry about me when you get back) laura
Guest guest
This thread has been very interesting, but my interest peaked even more when you were discussing the moons on fingernails. I've only got moons on thumbs and two glimpses of moons on two fingers of one hand. So now I am wondering if I have a low thyroid too. Given the fact that it affects many people as they age due to deficiencies in the diet I think it might be a safe bet. Previously I've skipped chapters on thyroid in any books I've read. said: > AFAIK, half-moons > do not usually appear on the pinky fingers. Wouldn't you know it....my husband has moons on every finger!!!!! Even the pinkies. They are not full half moons, but are at least quarters. Puts my slivers to shame. His nails are the hardest things, toe nails doubly so. They are lethal - much like a sheet of corrugated iron. I envy the hardness of his nails but not the fact that they get ingrown if not cut the right way. Ow!

But has anyone anything to say about eye colour? My eyes are green. I once read that green eyes weren't a sign of good health in terms of iridology. ++ And what about sanpaku? What do you know about it? Here is something, but read it with a pinch of salt, because the source is from macrobiotics, and macrobiotics is very much biased, you know. http://www.macrobiotic.org/Sanpaku.htm José I've only got moons > on thumbs and two glimpses of moons on two fingers of one hand.
