Guest guest
I searched for this article on homestasis on onibasu and found 39 posts. Do you remember the subject line and/or date or something? If someone has it, can they post it here? Thanks, Kris ***look up this post on onibasu - GREAT tips too** Pressure Mammas / Patient Mammas - OK , you're about to meet the biggest challenge of your life - saving your family against their will. You must be very clever about this - and develop a clear and robust laugh that you issue forth in the bathroom - behind closed doors - that sounds sorta like a muffled " Mur-ha-ha-ha!!! " ....after you disguise the raw milk they pour on their tainted cereal, after you grind raw heart/gizzards/liver and sneak ever so little bits into their hamburgers and meatloaf, After you let the hubby buy his (organic, with sea salt and safflower or sunflower oil) potato chips, you bargain to an agreement to eat 1 Tablespoon of fermented cabbage the same day he eats the chips. If your son must have processed cereal, then he must have organic bananas and strawberries on it too - and later, a teaspoon of wheat germ or brewers yeast, too...along with that raw milk...Mur-ha-ha-ha! after you save the old ketchup bottle and gradually add your homemade ketchup, after you throw a ranting fit about how SICK and DISGUSTED you are about the crap they put in our food, and you're not gonna take it anymore!!!!, then you take: Baby steps, baby steps, we're learning how to walk. New muscles, new ideas, new lifestyle - oh, no, no, no!!! They will scream and holler and your vision must be clear, your teaching must be slow, and gentle too. Search onibasu.com for a post on this list about " homeostasis " .... great post - was it Mike? This is very important concept for beginnners (wish I had had it a long time ago!). You cannot flip them over like a pancake - (unfortunately) - you need to start with a cold skillet set on warm. Does this help? Patience, patience! And Vision, vision! And a devious, determined, happy will...with a bit of devilish delight! -Blair
