Yes, I agree. Changing the subject lines when there is little change

in the general theme of the thread is very UNhelpful! It's very

confusing to see the subject line and not be able to fit into the

continuity of the thread. It is MUCH easier to follow threads, not

just with a thread-organizing system like what Gmail has, but

psychological organization as well, for the subject line to change

*only* when there is a *major* change in subject that makes the

current subject line no longer valid.
