Guest guest
Message for the NEW YEAR -- Written by PJ Ray. These are some questions that Louise L. Hay wants to ask each of us to think about during 2006: 1) " How Would I Like My Personal World to Look? " 2) " How Would I Like My Health to Be? " 3) " What Kind of Work Would I Like to Do? " 4) " Where Would I Like to Live? " 5) " Who Are the People I'd Like to Attract Into My World? " 6) " How Do I Want to Express Myself Creatively? " Give some time to thinking about what your answers might be. Really think it over & maybe jot down some thoughts. When an answer comes to your mind to one of the questions, don't let the negative thoughts that might quickly come back to your mind stop you. If that happens, ...where an answer is quickly followed by a negative thought such as " Aw, I could never do that!! " , or " That would never happen because ....... " , stop for a moment and thank yourself for the negative thought, but also lovingly release the negative thought. THEN, Quickly replace the negative thought with a positive one! If the negative thought is too persistent, take the time to jot down why you think it could never happen or work out. THEN, take some more time to think of ways to accomplish that goal or ways to overcome those problems that crept up in your mind. IF you can think of some ways AROUND the problem, certainly write those thoughts down as well. Try doing this on a regular basis, and see if you are able to overcome the negative thoughts with practice!! Give it a try this year. You may never know how much things could change for the better! Let me know what happens -- And this is Louise L. Hay's Answer to Us After We Ask Those Questions: AFFIRM: " I Have the Power to Create All That I Wish With My Mind and My Thoughts. I Am Truly Someone Special. " ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ For January 1, 2006: AFFIRM: " I Choose to Feel Good About Myself at the Beginning of this New Year. Every Morning I Remind Myself that I can Make the Choice to Feel Good. This is a New Habit for Me to Cultivate. " Copyright 2006. Written by PJ Ray. (And with excerpted quotes from Louise L. Hay through the 2005 Calendar, Hay House Publishing Inc). http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/AffirmationstoDe-Stress A positive thinking, positive affirmations support group, that discusses ways to cope with the stresses of daily life.
