Is it? , The WAPF does not discourage lacto-ovo vegetarianism. IIRC, Sally Fallon, the president, has said that people can be healthy on such a diet. The main point is to include animal products in some form in the diet. Lacto-insecto apparently works well too. In one of Sally's lectures that I've been giving to local groups, there is a picture of a beautiful healthy African woman who's diet is almost exclusively goat milk and insects. So animal flesh is not absolutely required for health. I'm not partial to insects and am allergic to milk, so I rely on meat for many of my nutrients. But if one can tolerate milk and eggs or insects, that diet would fit within the Weston Price paradigm. Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc.
