Guest guest
> I believe after the mercury and other metals that redistributed in my body that my large intestines have a significant deposit of the junk. Currently in addition to the oral chealtion product and GOL " Super Seed " I am taking charcoal. I recently discovered the charcoal helps with a " toxic " feeeling I have in the morning and afternoon. I am wondering if bentonite clay might be better but am wondering if it would simply exacerbate the problem by " plugging " me up? I was intrigued reading about the clay in NT and its electrical charge. Any adivice is appreciated. > > Phil > >
Guest guest
I'm using Dr. Shulze's Intestinal Formula #2 which has bentonite and charcoal in it (and some fibers) for candida die-off, and I find that it *definitely* helps reduce die-off symptoms, but it also reduces my BM frequency, which I'm guessing is what you mean by " plugging up. " So I reintroduced IF#1, which has some laxative type stuff in it, which compensates. Chris -- Want the other side of the cholesterol story? Guest guest
I thought I read on one of the sites for Bentonite Clay that it did remove heavy metals from the body, I know it removes toxins. Have you tried bathing in it? Another product that is supposed to remove mercury and other metals from the body is Sun Chlorella. I just started drinking kombucha.Perhaps it will also help heal my colon. Never had this problem until metals got redistributed last year. Forgive the pun but it is a pain in the butt. > > Phil > RE: Re: OT Bentonite Clay > >
Guest guest
I can tell you first hand Chlorella is one of the best binders of mercury in the intestines. The cell wall of chlorella, which is indegestible so it has to be broken during processing, will bind to heavy metals and other toxins in the gut and will carry them out of you. > > If it doesn't chelate metals and if I'm already taking fiber > supplement and drinking kavass for constipation then I think the > clay is not such a good idea. Guest guest
Well I have read studies done on it, I think Mercola reccomended it, and I have taken it to help me detox from mercury from way too many silver amalgam fillings. Detox symptoms are nearly impossible to avoid with Mercury IMO, and it can get rough so if you think you have a store of mercury take it slow. > > >I can tell you first hand Chlorella is one of the best binders of > >mercury in the intestines. Guest guest
I experienced all the symptoms of mercury toxicity, just more intense than when I wasn't purposefully trying to get the mercury out of my system. Just things such as neck/shoulder tension, foggy thinking, indecisiveness, a heavy feeling in my gut, etc... Nothing that wasn't bearable, and I was taking other stuff as well such as raw garlic, kombucha, Wheatgerm Oil, etc... Along with good sources of protein such as soft boiled eggs, liver, chicken, beef, all pastured. I feel much better, even though I haven't finished (Mercury is a tough one to get out), but I'm definitely much better than I started off and will continue with my current detox regimen > What kind of detox symptoms did you experience and were you taking any > other supplements or were you on any detox regimens at the time, or just > chlorella? > > Tom
