Guest guest
Website for adrenal/thyroid people ....I was also struck by the fact that the first item on his list of possible cures involves the mind....I am going to set up my life to do yogic breathing 4 times a day for 10 minutes each time and I'm going to do this process for 12 weeks. I'll report back my results. I'd also like to emphasize that this guy indicates that the mind follows the body, so physical cures work also if you find the right one.... ================== Ron, Since we're talking about how the mind affects the body, here is something that might interest you a lot. http://www.emofree.com/Research/rouleaux.htmhttp://www.emofree.com/Research/roul\ eaux.htm On this site, there is a fascinating post -- and photos -- from someone who had before and after photos of her blood (live blood analysis) when doing EFT. EFT, short for Emotional Freedom Technique, involves tapping on certain meridian points in conjunction with stating what the problem is. The technique is designed to break the stagnant energy that is holding the negative pattern (be it physical or emotional) in place. I have done this technique and it really does work. You can download the manual on how to do it for free, and learn the technique in under an hour. Best, Nenah

I have been using EFT off and on since the late 1990's and am very familiar with it. In fact, my wife and I are going to be attending Craig's next workshop in Stamford, CT in September. I agree with you that the results from EFT can be spectacular. I have seen it myself in some of the people with whom I have worked. On the other hand I have also found that results are very dependent on the ability of the processor and the persistance of the client so, in general, I think EFT gives inconsistent benefits.
