Hi All,

I've been dealing with the adrenal/thyroid issue ever since first reading

Ross's book about a year ago. I seem to have some of the symptoms but

most definitely don't have others. As my energy swings over time I tend to

forget about the problem when I'm in a good cycle.

So now I'm in a bad cycle. Just generally exhausted. It feels like a

healing crisis, but who knows. My wife is currently doing the morning temp

protocol under the guidance of a TCM doc so I've been grabbing the

thermometer and taking it also. 96's upon awakening and high 97's

throughout the day. This morning, after being up and busy for several

hours, I took my temp and got a 96.9. Kind of freaked me out and caused me

to think a little more about it than I normally would so I decided to Google

" low body temperature " . One of the hits was the below website and even

though it's very colloquial I was struck by the very clear and simple way

the author laid out the possibilities.

I was also struck by the fact that the first item on his list of possible

cures involves the mind. I had been suspecting this for some time but know

that it's way out there for many people so have mostly kept my mouth shut.

I am going to set up my life to do yogic breathing 4 times a day for 10

minutes each time and I'm going to do this process for 12 weeks. I'll

report back my results.

I'd also like to emphasize that this guy indicates that the mind follows the

body, so physical cures work also if you find the right one. I'm just at a

place in my life where I'm most interested in the mental aspect of how our

nutrition problems develop and affect us.

Please forgive me but I'm going to crosspost this to the GFCFNN group.
