Guest guest Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 Hello, I just discovered that we left a jar of kim-chi on our counter (previously refrigerated) for 3? days. There was little left in the jar and I had been saving it to innoculate my next batch of kim-chi. Is it still good or will it have become too acidic?
