We just spent $20 on a pair of them > for dh...... > > Deb, Okay, since they are loosely packed in zip-lock bags, not sealed, I figured leaving one out all night dry wouldn't make much difference, so I didn't. I'm assuming moisture is the catalyst, and possibly heat. So, I sprinkled water on one and it immediately turned a variation of the same gray-green color as the two I'd ripped off my giant feet the other day. Then, I slept with it all night, under the blankets, in a tender embrace, to keep it warm. This morning, it looked " yucky " , but fairly dry, with ooze " potential. " The two on my feet were somewhat darker in color and very sticky and oozy [for all you listeners out there, I *do not* have sweaty feet, ok?] of course they were bandaged flush onto my feet all night. So, it's damning, because the premise of the " Takara foot pad " is that if you use it, say, thirty nights in a row, the pads will go from blackened to pure as the driven snow, and that is how--and when--you know the detox has worked. OTOH if one was, say, using clay packs, and the clay was simply moistened with water, it would also turn sludgy looking and not too differentiated--except to a discerning eye--from the same clay used as a detox pack. I think this clown got served. B.

As mentioned before I have used the pads. I originally used the ones that have blue writing on the back. One of the main reason I made the decision to buy them was because I was having problem with one of my teeth and I thought it would help to pull out the infection. I put one on my face over the area where there was pain, it was my bottom jaw so it was " around the chin bone " . What was interesting to me was the area that was painful became that greenish gray you talked about but where the pad wasn't on that area it was just dry. I did it for two days and I haven't had the same problem again. Not to say it cured me but the pain went away and it didn't escalate. I was told I need a root canal so I'm just managing the problem. The " blue " pads never turned black. When I tried the others with different colors the copper turned black and they weren't as draining as the blue and I feel revived not drained. I've read to wear them all of the time but when I first found them (maybe a year ago) they would say to only wear them for 5 days, once a month. That's just what I do. I don't think they could take the place of cleanses or cleaning up the diet but since I found them for $1.00 a piece the expense is worth it to me. >OTOH What does this acronymn stand for? Maybe the foot pad was detoxing my blankets? Or maybe the ones on my feet aren't turning as dark as some others? Maybe I'm pure enough, hehe. I'm unfortunately not familiar with the color schemes, but I'll continue on with the program and hopefully they will--at the least--shrink these feet. B. Guest guest
Snap!! I've had a toothache recur 4 times in the last 16 months, since I had a filling replaced. I'm pretty sure I have a low grade infection that flares up when I overdo things. Each time it comes back I have up to a week of pain, and I don't think I can stand it again. The first couple of days I;m staunch but by Day 3, I;m reaching for the Nurofen at bedtime, and by Day 5, it's get out of my way, gotta have painkillers now. I'm presently tossing up whether I can beat it by boosting my immunity with foods, herbs and lots of EFT, or whether I;m going to have to admit defeat and get the tooth taken out. But this gives me another option. I was unsure before, but I'm keen to try them now. The question now is which kind. One of the sites you sent, Louise, had 4 kinds (excl the weight loss one). I was kinda keen on the red one (for heavy metals) but maybe the blue would be better for the tooth infection. Then again, the copper one sounds really good, especially as dh has a brain tumour. Decisions, decisions.... , your one I think is the same as (or similar too) the copper. Since you have them now, may as well use them for a few days and see if they do get cleaner with time. Whaddya reckon? I hear you, Louise, about them not being a substitute for cleaning up your diet, but it does seem that they could be a safer way of detoxing what's already there than some other methods. Thanks, Deb -----Original Message----- From: thelouise03 [mailto:louise@...] Hi B., > This morning, it looked " yucky " , but fairly dry, with ooze > " potential. I forgot why I initially thought to buy the pads because of the expense, glad I remembered! I was looking at the foot pad list and copper is sold out so it eliminates that one. I used the blue one but the red one says " toothache " . I thought that was interesting. I would email him and ask if you could have 10 blue and 10 red instead of the others. They are really nice and happy to accomodate (might be at 99 cents each tho). > I hear you, Louise, about them not being a substitute for > cleaning up your diet, but it does seem that they could be a > safer way of detoxing what's already there than some other > methods. I just didn't want to give the impression that this is the end all, although I would like the solution to be slapping some pads on my feet :-) Like using those grapefruit ones to lose weight! Oh no! Another tooth is bothering me! I only have 2 blue pads and copper pads. I guess I'll try the blue again. I'll let you know! Louise

Guest guest
I already emailled, and the copper ones are going to arrive in about a week. So am getting 10 gold (sorry said red before) for mercury, 10 blue for toothache and 10 copper for dh. But will ask again whether red would be better than blue for the toothache. Thanks, Deb Re: Re foot pads Hi Deb, > The question now is which kind. One of the sites you sent, > Louise, had 4 kinds (excl the weight loss one). Also cloves will work. ~Robin I think I tried it on another one and it was too much, or I did it for too long because it created a sore. This tooth is different, it is just really sensitive to hot and cold. I think it might be from a new supplement I added. Green Food. I know it's for detox and would it pull mercury out? I have a mouth full of dental work so not sure if that's a good thing! Louise

Guest guest
Maybe a combination of using chlorella or something similar to get it moving, then some of the detox things we talked abiut like the saunas, clay baths and foot pads.(That always seems clumsy to me, should it be feet pads???) -----Original Message----- From: Idol [mailto:Idol@...] Suze- >According to the mercury poisoning guru whose protocol I follow (Andy >Cutler), when you have amalgams it's very dangerous to take things like >chlorella which just redistribute Hg but don't *remove* it from the body (at >least according to Andy). Grrreeaaaaattttttt. I've gotten my non-fat supplements down to about three per day and of course Chlorella would be one of them.... I had a feeling and thought I'd read something. Newman. I was trying to be good with green food and didn't give it much thought until my teeth started to hurt. I have a lot of amalgams. What can you take to remove it from the body with out the mercury leaking from your teeth? Well, that actually doesn't sound possible after writing it. BTW, I'm in NH and my husband and I own a web development/advertising firm in Rochester. I actually do the accounting whereas my husband runs everything else! Also, do you know a Weston Chapter in Southern ME / NH? I emailed someone in Dover but I guess it was too much for them. Tks, Louise

Guest guest
I emailled and asked about the mercury, and they asked the manufacturer. Here's what they replied: The gold pads draw out heavy metals circulating the tissue including organs or hair. About amalgam fillings, it might pull out some portion of mercury. This is effective in removing mercury that comes in contact with your body. My guess is that the pads would only draw the mercury out of the amalgam if there's nothing circulating to draw out. But I could be totally wrong. Anybody else have thoughts? Deb -----Original Message----- From: thelouise03 [mailto:louise@...] Tell me, does it matter if you still have mercury in your mouth?
