Guest guest
, I have the business card and appointment information on the front. It really isn’t that crowded. That way they can see the appointment information and the contact information without flipping back and forth. Like you we write in the name, we write in the day and date (day is important as people keep years of these things and then look at one from a previous year and show up), and the time, AM or PM. The top of the card has my name, business name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and now website address. The back of the card I am currently using for Instant Medical History info. We put the URL for the web address and password on a label on the back encouraging people to do it from home. I also use advanced open access so that we book their next appointment 3 months out, decreases phone calls. It’s those patients that I only see every 6 months that we will write what month they are due to come back and to call 2 months ahead as I don’t keep the schedule that far out.
