I am always so stressed about everything, Yes I need tools for destressing mysself I am so tired of relying on medication and it doesnt work anyway 4) What type of group are you looking for, & what do you expect to get out of this group? To know I am not alone and to know there is another way to live and that there are other like me 5) How did you hear about our group, or where did you find information on it? I typed in stress 6) What resources, knowledge, or experience do you feel that you can contribute back to this group? I worked with womed in recovery for 8 years and was the one teaching them how to stay positive and not to sweat the small thinkg. How to love then selves and count to ten, take a walk, bath, etc. I know it all I jsut didnt think i was worh it i guess I jsut let my stress and problems get the best of me. I usd to post affirmartions all around the house my desk at work and even in the car. We have some people on vacation right now, but we should be back to full force before too long. It is always easier to know what we are supposed to do to be better, and easier to help others, than it is to help ourselves sometimes! At least that is the case for me (frequently). Let us know if we can do anything to help, and be sure to check out the older messages on the affirmations to de-stress group site -- just click on " Messages " in the left handed column, and it will pull all the messages up for you.
