No need to even drink the stuff just breathe in!. BTW I wonder if, by inhaling coffee-roasting-aroma, you get any of its effects, you know, like a little bitty caffeine buzz? Friend is roaster for local company so it's made that day usually. We freeze the bulk bag and keep our using jar in fridge. Not much difference in taste beginning to end of batch this way. We get a medium roast so there's not much oil. Our carbon monoxide alarm will go off when I grind the first pot from a new bag sometimes.
