Guest guest
Abby, We just went through this with my mother. She passed away last Saturday and prior to that she started eating less and less and refused to drink. She would did this for about 3 months. But there were some days when she would eat very well. Sometimes when we had her out of the house she would eat better. I wish I could give you better news but the hospice gave us a book and starting to refuse to eat is the begining of the final stages. Please enjoy what time you have and continue to try to get your LO to eat but the hospice said we should never force her to eat. Guest guest
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes, it is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, " I will try again tomorrow " . -Anonymous
