PJ:

I hope you saw the post I just sent about " positive outlooks " . What's your

" silver lining " ?

You have this negative stuff going through your head which brings on more

thinking about the negative. Your positives could be that you still have a

home, your family, etc. Open yourself to the flow of positive thinking. Turn

this around. You have many things to be grateful for. Write in a gratitude

journal.

Much Love,

Charlene

Hello All,

I've been having a particularly bad week with my rheumatoid arthritis, & with

stress around us including the gasoline crunch, and the food prices going up due

to the gas crunch, etc. I have to admit that my bucket is empty right now. I

apologize for not being more upbeat, or more " with it " lately. Just having a

bad week & wanting to physically feel better, so I can make more changes and

things can improve! Thanks for listening and for understanding! Even PJ can

get down occasionally. Guess this is one of those times. Hugs to Everyone, PJ

First, why apoligize? Anybody who has been in the group know what

you are going through. Come on, pick yourself up, you of all people

know that you can do it. Remember, " you can't appreciate the good

with out experiencing the bad " not exact but you know what I mean.

You are a good person. You control your thoughts and your thoughts

control your emotions. I am not putting you down, I want you to

pick yourself up. You know you can. And we are all behind you.

There's no need to apologize. We're all human. Sorry

to hear you're suffering. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Joe & Charlene! Yes, I know better than anyone about being

positive, but sometimes I just plain hurt -- physically. Guess I needed to

whine a bit. I'm hanging in there, though!! I had to buy a walking stick today

and apply for a handicapped license -- and darn it, I'm not even 50 yet!! Can I

say, " it's not fair!? " 'Cause that is how I feel. Okay, I've gotten over it.

Everyone, have a superb weekend!! I plan to! Love & HUgs, PJ

PJ - Your memory is amazing! No, I'm not married yet. We went to Vegas.

Somewhere between checking in at the Dallas airport and arriving at the

hotel his wallet was stolen. No wallet equals no id. No id = no marriage

license. I hand carried my wedding dress half way across the country for

nothing! Jeanie
