Guest guest Posted July 1, 2005 Report Share Posted July 1, 2005 I have some whole raw milk at home I haven't looked at, but since not been drinking all week, I'm sure it's going sour. I read a great article the other day about things to do with soured milk (don't throw away!) but don't remember where!!! Only remember that you can make sour cream (how?)? And that you could mask the taste with cocoa or carob powder & sweetner for kids. What about the cream cheese & whey??? Would that still be ok with souring milk? What's your ideas??? Thanks!!!
