So I have this patietn who comes home once a year for a month She teaches.

This year it is Spain. Last year it was Bahrain.

Is associated with the Univ of land

she pays for her health care but gets reimbursed.

So she needs the whole 1000,00 mile chekc up thing when she comes in and we

scramble and get things done -but now there are some issues that need

followup and med changes

She wants me to mail her prescriptions.

I would like to figure out a way to work with her but I am not comfortable

mailing sciprts 3,000 miles saying try this and sorry to report not

getting paid for it Seems like a recipe for disaster

So , my little swiss army knives,shepherding people across teh fragmented

system, working for improved patietn experinces of care ,

let's push the envelope here
