How about Bruce Fife's new vco detox? Hit that forthcoming bucket with everything you've got. I'll send you the file, if you're interested. It's just many tablespoons of vco all day and lemonade. Seven day gig. B.

The Terramin clay suggested for your Mom looks like it would be good for you, too. Wanita -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. My understanding is that MCTs help preserve lean muscle mass while fasting or on a low-calorie diet, so something with VCO seems ideal for me. I'm terrified of losing, say, 10 pounds of LBM! Right now I bought some Spectrum, and since I have the next couple days off, I'm going to do some sort of fast and get some extra rest and whatnot. The Spectrum is gross of the spoon, but fine dissolved into warm water. My QFI should be in around Friday or Monday. Also, it seems to me that a VCO fast would help me detox while at the same time avoid feeding too much sugars into my gut, and at the same time have some powerful anti-microbial action in case there's any overgrowth of anything in there. I don't understand why VCO isn't utilized more in these detox diets where the idea is to minimize digestion. That's why I added it to the Masterjohn version of the WD undereating phase. I can't figure out for the life of me why Ori hasn't added it in there, when it minimizes digestion like fruits but is quite obviously much more ideal for minimizing insulin, another point of the undereating phase. My main concern would be getting water-soluble vitamins, but maybe the " lemonade " supplies plenty in Fife's fast. I only have the next two days where my brain can be out of order. So if I find that my brain is messed up from protein starvation I'll add the protein powder if I need to. I'm also going to keep an eye on my weight and whatnot and make sure I don't degenerate too much. Thanks, Chris
