Guest guest Posted June 29, 2005 Report Share Posted June 29, 2005 Hi Christie, I don't know the answer to your question but, if it were me, I would be much happier making sure that all the raw milk Raven has is made into kefir so that any " nasties " are destroyed. Since you say she doesn't like it much, I'm wondering if you could brew it for the minimum amount of time to keep the tartness down. I'll just bet that if you brew some in the fridge for a week, she will love the creamy mild taste.
