Oh, I get it, nutrition is not a factor in organic milk, yield is.

Organically it's fine to get more milk out of less soil fertility.

Chances are the nutrition per acre of the grass in Colorado is

higher than the nutrition per acre of the grass in Wisconsin, in

spite of there being less grass per acre. You would expect the area

with higher rainfall would have lost more of its soil fertility over

the years.

That is good news?
