I would think with fasting, you would be laying in bed or on the couch with no

energy to do anything?????

As for healing, I would fast in your case, for awhile. Really. Drink at

least a gallon of liquids a day. Juices, coconut milk/water, broths,

lemon water, lenmon water with VCO, herb teas, water, they all will work.

Give your body and your mind a chance to rest and heal. ***Stop thinking

about food and what you can and can't do or don't want to do.***

After a few days hunger won't be a problem, and when it is drink more

juice. If you are carrying extra weight (which you said you were) you

should have no problem getting through a prolonged fast. And I think you

said at some point you actually enjoyed the abstinence from food.
