Probably quite a bit more, but I'm not sure, since I'm juicing the ginger and garlic together and not measuring it. A shot glass is, I think, 1.5 oz, right? So I fill up the shot glass with equal amounts of ginger and garlic juice, assuming the same amount of juice is produced from the same volume of raw material. I usually get it about 2/3 full, but anywhere from half (0.75 oz?) to all the way (1.5 oz?) full. Let's say it's one oz-- that's 1/8 of a cup, and a cup is 8 T, which is 24 teaspoons, so I guess I'm on average using a 1.5 tespoons of ginger juice and the same of garlic? Does that sound right? > Re: semantics, " dulling of the senses " would be more *stupefied* than > " spaced out " , which, by definition has an--uh oh-- " etheric " quality. > > Stupor has an " earth " quality, a reduced sensibility, eventually > leading to torpor. > > I'm unsure which you mean when you say spaced out, but, in herbal > medicine lore, garlic is not known for it's ability to increase > " spaciness " . Hmm. I'm not sure which I mean. I think I would mean more of a dulling than a spacey. > > I don't count my sperm or anything, but there's a noticeable > increase in libido. > > Well, are those details any less relevant to NN than bowel accounts? Nice try, but yes, they're less relevant. ;-) They are a side effect, not part of the healing process. And extra libido is pretty worthless with garlic breath :-) Chris -- Statin Drugs Kill Your Brain And Cause Transient Global Amnesia: http://www.cholesterol-and-health.com/Statin-Drugs-Side-Effects.html
