Neti pots do wonders. A lot of bleeding noses are from low-level

infections or rooms that are too dry, and a neti pot fixes both.

It works especially well with me if I remember two things:

1. Use " pure " water (artesian, in my case) or boil it first.

2. Add 2-3 drops of Tea Tree oil per pot.
