Guest guest
Hey, have any of you exercising low carb/high fat eaters ever have bone density checked prior to starting the diet and then subsequently? I saw results of a study on trained endurance cyclists comparing body mass of high carb vs. high fat diets for three months. No significance in lean body mass changes, but bone density increased for high fat group. Just curious if y'all have any personal experience along these lines. It is an interest for me as a rebudding endurance type eating a high fat diet and increasing speed and stamina without any problemos.
