Guest guest
Hello, I am planning to start a raw milk fast tomorrow. I am doing it primarily for weight loss, and was just curious as to what I can expect. I am going to be fasting for at least four weeks, but possibly six. I have The Untold Story of Milk by Ron Schmidt, and have read his chapter on it, but was just curious what other's results have been. Thanks for any info! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Wow , Good luck. I have no info but am really curious about all this fasting stuff. I'm way behind on emails so there's probably stuff in future emails as I know I asked some questions on it. So are you to only drink raw milk for all that time, no other drinks or food??? Guest guest
Kris, You are supposed to drink only raw milk and water, nothing else. I did it for two days, which was way less than I wanted. I am nursing a nine month old exclusively right now, I haven't started him on any solids yet, and I saw a drop in my milk supply, so I had to stop the fast. You can read more about doing a raw milk fast in Ron Schmid's book The Untold Story of Milk. There is a chapter in the book specifically dedicated to the subject.
