Guest guest Posted March 16, 2005 Report Share Posted March 16, 2005 Hi. Heidi's got a file on jerky on the NN site, but I am looking specifically for turkey jerky and other more exotic stuff. I can use raw turkey, brine it overnight and dehydrate with my Excalibur, correct? Has anyone made liver jerky? What comes to mind is a piece of chalk, but ya never know.
