Guest guest
Actually you need to be more specific. What do you mean by " helps " ? Do you mean, does it help cure cancer? Or do you mean does it help your overall physical condition? Number 1. A definite NO! Number 2. Yes. lotecq > Please be more specific. Guest guest
I having only been eating the " NT way " since May and really have to reorient my thinking toward food. One thing I am trying to understand is the reported benefits of the macrobiotic diet which haas little fat. In fact in 4 years a alternative practitioner I was seeing " poo-pooed " the NT book so I left it on the bookshelf for years. I've heard of people with cancer being healed with macrobiotics. So can someone explain what's occuring with such a diet? I was wondering if it's one of those things that may be helpful for a brief perioed of time and then is harmful? Getting off the Standard American Diet is going to help anyone regardless what they turn to.
