7 rooms have 1 queen bed and are $75.00 plus tax per night

5 rooms have 2 queen beds and are $88.00 plus tax per night

8 rooms have 1 king bed and are $88.00 plus tax per night

The room block will be held until July 15, 2003. After this date any

rooms not individually reserved and quaranteed will be released to the

public.

Our check in time is 3 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m.

La Crosse is in Wisconsin, USA. We have some coming hundreds of miles.

My trip, legally, should take about 3 1/2 to 4 hours...well, 'should'

that is. Are you interested in joining us? That would be WONDERFUL!

Sandie, I so admire your strength and thoughtfulness, thinking about the La

Crosse gathering and other members of the group when you are going through such

difficulty. you are a wonderful, thoughtful, giving person.

Would love to have a chance to meet with other members of the group, we seem

such an interesting group. Unfortunately, it is a bit far for me to go at such

short notice. Perhaps I should be prepared to go to an event in the future.

As Sandie said, be sure to mention the LBD Caregivers Block. If you

don't, the hotel will tell you they are full for Saturday night.

I bought our plane tickets on Hotwire.com last night. Pretty good

deal from California to Chicago.

I just found out the dates of the conference. In August. Got me thinking,

perhaps there is sufficient time. Probably not, but it's worth a thought.

LaCrosse is in Wisconsin on the Mississippi River about 4 1/2 hours

drive from Six Flaggs...uh, I mean from Chicago.

The answer to your second question: Three or four will be traveling

2,000+ miles. How far will you be traveling to join us? :)

Thank you for the kind and so very generous words.

Still keeping everyone here in my thoughts and prayers.

For now, I am off to the cemetary to light an Eternity Candle for my mom

and grandma.
