I just feel so angry that I had so a rotten role model in my life (and still do, even though I've already given up on her, she isn't actually dead yet). Also, my birthday was a few weeks ago, and that always brings up a lot of mixed, explosive feelings! Oh, nada would yell and scream and bitch and bang pots and pans in the kitchen while cooking my birthday dinner! My fathers' mother would come for dinner -- and then my mother would sit at the table and say " Humph! Humph! " glaring at my grandmother. Storming out of the dining room to get more food, banging things around. Making LOUD grunting noises in the kitchen like a giant pig. Oh, what lovely birthdays I used to have!
