Sally Fallon in New York City on 3/7

Hi guys,

I can't go to this (saw her today at the " Biodiversity Expo " in

Brooklyn), but I really recommend it if you haven't ever seen Sally

present (I hadn't). She goes into some detail about fats with lots of

pictures that I found helpful. Additionally, she illustrates the

process of how veggie oils and margarine are made; lets just say that

her presentation has reinforced my commitment to avoiding refined

PUFAs at all cost.
