These are the instructions for our F-110, but they should work with the F-125

or F-165 Atelier Robin frequency generators.

TrueRife F-100 Manual Programming Instructions

In the F100 view choose FILE…Click…Then NEW…Click

A blank screen will appear.

You can now begin entering frequencies. By adding numbers such as 33 4501 785

etc. Then clicking the RUN button. These numbers will by default run for 3

minutes each.

Using the F-110 in AutoRun or Standalone mode

Your F110 has the ability to run a program on power-up, without the use of

your computer! Make sure the F-110 is on.

Choose the program on your computer that you want the F-110 to run when it is

first powered up.

Choose: FILE… Choose: Fgen… Then Choose: Copy to Fgen.

Now choose: Any file name for the file to run as standalone.

This program will now start every time you turn on the power to your F-110. To

stop this program and proceed to a different one, start your computer, open the

F100 software, then choose stop. You can now proceed with other programs.

To delete this programming from your F-110,

Choose: FILE… Choose: Fgen… Then Choose: Delete AutoRun

Setting the Time or Dwell:

To change the time the frequencies will run, type DWELL 180.

Then type any of the frequencies you want to run. The dwell is the time in

seconds that each frequency will run. Dwell 180 is 3 minutes or 180 seconds for

each frequency typed in. Dwell 300 would be 5 minutes or 300 seconds.

Pulse:

To set the frequencies to pulse, you must type the word pulse followed by two

numbers.

Example Pulse 1 50

The first number is the amount of pulses for each cycle the frequency runs. In

this case it will pulse once during a complete cycle.

The second number is the " duty cycle. " This is the amount of time for each

pulse the frequency is ON. In this example the frequency is ON 50% of the time

and OFF 50%. To turn off the pulse for another set of frequencies you must type:

Pulse 0 0

Sweeps:

To sweep from one frequency to another either up or down you must type the

word SWEEP followed by 3 Numbers.

Example: Sweep 100 350 1

The first number is the start number for the sweep to begin, the second is the

stop number. The third number is the HZ that the sweep will use to reach its

final destination. In this case the sweep will take place in 1 Hz increments

beginning with 100 then 101 then 102 then 103 all the way up till it reaches

350Hz.

Hint: to create fast sweeps type in dwell .5 before the sweep commands. This

means that only one half second will pass between sweeps from one number to the

next. If you do not type in a dwell time the sweep will not move to the next

number in sequence for 3 minutes.

Converge and Fuzz:

This converge command consist of two numbers. Its purpose is to converge at

frequencies above and below the primary number until it reaches that frequency.

Example: Converge 10 1

The first number is the number of Hz above and below the primary number that

the convergence will begin. The second number is the amount of Hz that the

convergence will change within the command. If the example above is being used,

and the frequency is 100, the first frequency would be 110, followed by 90,

followed by 109, followed by 91, followed by 108, followed by 92…etc, till you

finally converge on 100 to finish that set.

To turn the convergence off for another set of frequencies to follow you must

type: Converge 0 0

The fuzz command uses a linear or sweep effect to drive the primary frequency.

It is similar to a sweep command in that it starts with the lowest frequency

command and works its way up.

Example: fuzz 10 1

The first number is the number of Hz above and below the primary number that

the fuzz will begin. The second number is the amount of Hz that the fuzz will

change within the command. If the example above is being used, and the frequency

is 100, the first frequency would be 90, followed by 91, followed by 92,

followed by 93, followed by 94, followed by 95…etc, till you finally reach 100

and then it will continue up the scale to 101, 102, all the way up to 110 to

finish that set.

To turn the Fuzz off you would type: fuzz 0 0

me where I can find simplified directions

for using the F125 frequency generator? I will be using it as a pad

device and to drive a R/B plasma device. I have downloaded the

directions from their website but I am having a difficult time with

them.

I thought I read somewhere that you couldn't do gates, sweeps, or one

of those things, for freqs under 100hz.

I am having a hard time understanding sweeps, pulse, duty cycle,

gating, modulating, and how to use these for efficient Rife

sessions.

Can a carrier be run on the 2nd channel?

Can more than one freq be run at the same time?

Has someone written a " F100 Series For Dummies " manual yet? :)

Thanks,

Mike
