Finished week 8 today. Some stats are:

From:

Weight- 186

Waist- 34.5

Body Fat- %24

To:

Weight- 175

Waist- 33.5

Body Fat- %18

The sad part is that all the fat seems to still be around my waist. I

sure can still pinch an inch (not in front but on the sides and

back). No I do not want to get discouraged. I guess I just need to

know what is realistic. Are my #'s realistic? Pushing for 12% body

fat at the end of C1 - is that Realistic. I am thinking that at 12%

body fat the love handles will pretty much be shed or at least not as

noticeable.

For this last 4 weeks of C1 I would like to be more aggressive. This

past 4 weeks I added 10 - 15 min more of cardio and swam 10 laps on

some cardio days as well. Does anyone have some tips on being more

aggressive - to meet my goal of 12% body fat. I do not want to lose

more weight, I would like to replace the fat w/ muscle.

Anyway - Thank you all so much for listening to my bs - this program

is not that easy. I commend all who have gotten through C1 and C2,

etc.
