Guest guest
I've been hearing a lot of people at work having problems with their gallbladder and having surgery to remove it. I've heard some pretty scary stories, including some who almost died. Mainwhile, at work I just keep my mouth shut about all the saturated fats that I eat. It's easier to keep quiet than to explain to all the lowfat minded folks out there. Maybe it's all the brainwashing we've all received since we were in grade school, but I've still got a little doubt now and then about possible gallbladder problems down the road. I liberally use raw butter/cream, coconut oil, grassfed animal fats, raw cheese, nuts, egg yolks, etc. Anyone out there have problems with all the saturated fats and gallbladder problems? Anyone have gallbladder problems when you occasionally eat processed fats? Or have problems going from a lowfat diet to a diet rich in saturated fats? Or anyone who's had major gallbladder problems in the past but now don't have any problems after switching to a diet high in saturated fats? I'd love to hear some testamonials.
