Now even with experience in lifting...I have been sedintary for about

2 years or more. I am not sure if I should go with a different

lifting program because I have lifted...or go with the BFL. YES...I

have read the book....BUT I am unsure if the lifting is going to be

as effective for me as it would be for a beginner. I will be

following the nutrition for at least the first 4 weeks. Any thoughts

on my lifting dilemma???
