We are in the same boat. I am switching to Astrocare just because it is

next on the list. I cant find any feedback on any of the rest. The only

negative I heard is about Touch of Class, so I am avoiding them.

My neighbor uses Touch of Class here in Houston and likes them alot. I am

currently only using them for payroll and that has worked out just fine--I might

just stay with them for services too unless someone has a better idea!

I am going with Astrocare. I spoke to the owner and he seems very

reasonable and nice... We shall see. I will report about my experience.

I am probally an idiot for not knowing....but what are class agencies?

Meaning what are they for.....full blown medical insurnace, supplemental

insurance, etc? or something totally different?

Just curious! Not 100% sure about all this stuff yet. And want to make sure

I'm not missing something that could possibly help with therapies, etc.

Any description would help.

CLASS stands for Community Living Assistance and Support Services. It is a

state program that offers services (regardless of income) for children with

disabilities.

Someone on the list provided all the contact info and the explanation of the

different state programs. You might want to check the archives or the

files in the database.
