Headphone use with Rife frequencies

I am new to Rife and had a few questions concerning headphone use.

(1) Can headphones be used with Rife frequencies?

(2) If headphones can be used, how often and how long per frequency

can/should I use them?

(3) Would speaker use be better than headphones?

(4) Can the frex16 program be used with headphones?

Any feedback/experience on these questions would be greatly appreciated.
