This session will introduce:

- person-driven strategies for determining the best possible

conditions of employment,

- job development strategies that short circuit the brutality of

competitive employment models,

- small business development options,

- resource ownership as a tactic for creating economic opportunity,

- amalgamated funding techniques, and

- work incentives that allow people to make reasonable salaries.

Session open to adults with disabilities, professionals, educators, and

parents of children with disabilities – even parents of young children. It is

never too late to start planning!
