NEEDED - FAMILY EXPERIENCES FOR CHIP/MEDICAID FAMILY PROFILES BOOK

We are hoping to recieve family contact information by December 1 so

that we can complete interviews by December 15th. Our goal is to have

the book of family experiences ready in January for the legislative

session. We are looking for families that no longer qualify for CHIP or

Medicaid due to state budget cuts, or families who have had difficulty

in applying for or renewing their CHIP/Medicaid coverage.
