Guest guest Posted March 1, 2005 Report Share Posted March 1, 2005 I do, I cycle between juice fasting to get rid of the Nasties, and then rebuild using all raw foods including meats , fats, etc. But in the rebuilding stage I have apples, pineapples, avocados, which provides fiber. But because I am eating raw animal products I dont have much waste tpo get rid of.
