My brother justed called there is a boy who appears to be about 8 years old

wondering around at 8: 45pm in a diaper over on Mason and Lotterwood in Katy,

Texas. He is swimming in a neighbor's pool, she is just watching him and no one

has reported a child missing- call all the parents you know and get him home

safely
