Glad to see your back at it Wayne. I missed your wit and charm >g<

Congrats on the tremendous weight loss, your pics look great.

I too have a significant amount of body fat (about 50 lbs) to lose

and I was curious...have you been doing " extra " cardio to burn the

fat and/or modified the nutrition in any way. I lost about 15 lbs in

the first couple of weeks and about an inch all over (obviously

water) and nodda since then.

Also, I've done great in staying with the program up until this

week (I'm on week 9) I just seem to hit a wall. No energy or

motivation...all I want to do is sleep.

Any suggestions?
